Goat Cheese Rigatoni Alfredo #SundaySupper

Goat Cheese Rigatoni Alfredo is one of our family favorites. Many times used as a side dish for Sunday Supper and a main dish for Weekday Supper
  • ½ stick of Butter
  • 2 Garlic Cloves minced
  • 2½ cups of Half-and-Half
  • 8 oz Goat Cheese
  • 16 ounce package of Rigatoni cooked al dente
  • Salt and Pepper to Taste
  1. Melt the Butter in a large saucepan
  2. Add the minced Garlic and saute until lightly browned
  3. Slowly stir in the Half-and-Half while stirring constantly
  4. Add the Goat Cheese in small amounts and stir until creamy and smooth
  5. Add the cooked Rigatoni and simmer on low for five minutes
