The recipe sounds yummy and the method should work well but I can’t seem to find the lemon in either the ingredients or instructions.. so I will add a rub with a fresh lemon half before the spice rub and cover the chicken with thin slices of fresh lemon before roasting. Thanks for the idea.

I actually don’t roast whole chickens often, although if I did I’d have lots of leftovers for the week LOL this one looks and sounds divine!

I’ve wanted this delicious chicken since the moment is was first posted. This sounds soo good and I really love garlic anything, and also lemon anything – so combine it together on a whole chicken and I’m in for the long hall.
